Everyone has a role.

Every wolf contributes to the pack's well-being. I saw this while living with wolves in Arizona and becoming part of a pack that changed my life. Moving to a community-centered way of thinking helped me reimagine my place in the world and in community-building spaces.

PAQ Mentality training is rooted in popular education, a model that emphasizes learning from the collective experiences and knowledge of the community and moves us to care and action. I believe in this work because I believe in a softer humanity.

Hi, I’m Tina.

Hey, I'm Tina Ingemi (them/her) founder of The PAQ. I’m a queer, poly-passionate facilitator, and licensed school counselor with 19 years of multinational youth work experience and leadership. I was raised by the East Coast, (Massachusetts) and have lived across the US and in Toronto, Canada working in youth and community care-centered spaces. I’m a Bridgewater State University (BA) and Providence College (MEd) alumna with coast-to-coast coaching and curating experience. I’m an introverted Aquarius, rescue dog mom, and snack enthusiast who currently lives in the woods of Maryland.

I leverage my passion and expertise in summer camp magic, SEL strategies, and radical compassion to create resources for cultivating affirming learning spaces and pollinate LGBTQIA+ connections through queer bliss spaces.

While living in the borderlands of Arizona I lived alongside two wolves, Anubis and Feliz. Both the wolves and borderlands nurtured my belief in the power of the wolf pack and pack mentality; Everyone is cared for. Everyone is looked after. Everyone has a role. This is the vision for The PAQ and my hope for our world. I believe in a softer, sweeter humanity and believe it starts with how we care about each other.

I care deeply about building joyful and welcoming spaces for people to show up fully to learn, to play to celebrate, and to be cared for.
