The Staff

Stay Tuned for the Schedule!

At Camp Out, we are committed to creating an inclusive and accessible environment. Our space is neurodivergent-run and welcomes all feedback regarding accessibility. We have taken the following steps to ensure a welcoming as possible space:

  • Fragrance-Free / Minimal Fragrance Zone: We ask that all participants refrain from using scented products or choose fragrance-free options whenever possible, supporting attendees with chemical sensitivities and sensory needs.

  • Sensory-Friendly Accommodations: We will offer quiet rooms, introvert-friendly, and designated low-sensory areas to support attendees who may need a break or quieter environment.

  • Physical Accessibility: Our venue will be fully wheelchair accessible, with seating accommodations and clear pathways to ensure mobility for all participants. Service animals are, of course, welcome.

For accessibility requests please email Dr. Hannah Jones at - hannah.jones@soflxpride.org
